Should I buy my gown over the internet?
We recommend that you do not buy your gown over the internet. Click here to read why.

Do I need to make an appointment to try on gowns?
No, you do not need an appointment to try on gowns. We are open seven days a week and our bridal consultants are always ready and available to help you. Bring in any pictures you may have so that your consultant can discuss with you the style and vision that you have for your gown.

Does your store sell gowns off the rack or special order?
Both. All of our in-stock gowns are available for purchase as well as special order. We have a wide range of styles and sizes to accommodate every bride. For brides on a budget or with short engagement dates, we have a continuous inventory of sale and discontinued gowns ready for purchase. All in-stock purchases are "as is" and are a final sale.

How long does it take to special order a gown?
Wedding gown special orders take an average of four months to arrive from the time of order. Rush cuts are offered by some manufacturers for an additional fee. You should allow about two months for wedding gown alterations, and it is recommended that you order your gown 6-8 months before your wedding date.

What is the price range on your gowns?
We have a wide selection of wedding gowns to suit any budget. Our bridal consultants are prepared to work within any price range. In addition to our store specials and promotions, we have a continuous inventory of sale and discontinued gowns offered at great prices.

What are your payment terms? Are there payment options?
For all special orders we require a 50% deposit, plus tax, of the entire order. Upon notification of your gown's arrival, the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days.

Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled. No credits, refunds or exchanges may be made. All sale gowns are sold in "as is" condition and are a final sale.

We do offer a layaway option for in-stock gowns purchased. One third of the total due, plus tax, is required as a deposit and then payment arrangements can be made until the gown is paid in full.

Will I need alterations?
In most cases. Gowns that are special ordered are not custom made for every bride’s unique body shape. Measurements are taken at time of order and then compared to that of the manufacturer's size chart. Therefore, most dresses should be altered to your body's structure for the best possible fit.

Alterations are available for an additional charge, and are done by appointment only with one our seamstresses. The gown must be paid in full before any alterations can be made.

What should I know about ordering bridesmaids' dresses?
Bridesmaids and all special occasion dresses take about 10-12 weeks to arrive once ordered. If you have multiple bridesmaids in the same color and/or style of dress, we will hold the order until the entire wedding party has placed their orders with us. We will then notify the manufacturer to cut the dresses at the same time so that the dye lots will match. The dresses will then be shipped at the same time as well.

For those bridesmaids who live out of the area, we can provide you with the sizing information needed that they can then forward to us via phone, fax, or email. We recommend that all your bridesmaids purchase their dresses from one location, so that it reduces the risk of fabric and dye variations, tracking shipments, and ensures you piece of mind.

Do you offer specials or promotions?
We do offer store specials and promotions throughout the year. We do have an ongoing special for bridesmaids' dresses that is good year round; if you have 5 or more bridesmaids, they will each receive 10% off the purchase price of their dress. Check our website frequently to see current store specials and promotions as well as upcoming events.

Tuxedo FAQ

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary to come look at or register for tuxes. We have an extensive in-stock collection of different tux styles to view and choose from, as well as vest and tie colors to mix and match. Our specialists are always ready and available to help you.

Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, we offer same-day service on all our tuxedo and suit rentals. We have an extensive in-stock inventory of tuxedos, suits and accessories to get you fitted for whatever event you may have.

When should I register my wedding?
Weddings should be registered at least two months in advance. This would include a list of all gentlemen being outfitted and what style of tux/suit they will be wearing, as well as their accessories (vest, tie, shoes, and colors).

When should the wedding party get fitted?
We like to have everyone fitted by one month before the wedding.

What if someone is from out of town?
If you have groomsmen out of the area, they can get measured at any tuxedo or formal wear store near them, and then submit their measurements to us via fax, mail, email or phone. We do provide a measurement form in the store that you can send to your out of town gentlemen that will be helpful for them in getting measured.

When do we pay for the tuxes?
We require a $20 deposit for each tux at time of registration. For out of town gentlemen, we can take a payment over the phone via credit card, they can mail a check, or submit a credit card number on the measurement form via fax or mail. The tux needs to be paid in full at time of pick-up.

When are the tuxes ready?
Tuxedos are ready for pick-up either 1 or 2 days prior to the event. We strongly recommend that the tux be tried on at time of pick-up to ensure an optimal fit. Due to our large in-stock inventory, we can change out any last minute sizes if needed.

When are tuxes due back??
The tuxes are due back the day after the event during business hours. Prior arrangements may be made for returning the rentals two days after, in the case that your event is out of town.
